Follow these care tips and your Twins Journal Designs tees will stay soft, bold, and ready for every family moment—wash after wash:

• Wash & dry inside out. Simple step, big protection for the print.
• Use cold water + gentle detergent. Keep it low and mild—your shirt likes it that way.
• Avoid bleach and harsh stain fighters. They can fade colors and weaken the design.
• Skip heavy-duty cycles and extra spinning. Less stress = longer-lasting fabric.
• Air dry when you can. If you tumble dry, use low heat and don’t pack it in with heavy items like towels or blankets.
• Iron inside out on low heat. Never iron directly on the design—prints and hot plates don’t mix.

• Orders are typically shipped within 7 days of placing the order
• Once shipped, allow 2-5 days for orders to be delivered

Returns & Refunds

Our goal at Twins Journal Designs is that you love your order. Because many of our items are made-to-order, returns are limited—but we stand behind what we sell and want you to feel confident shopping with us.

• Incorrect, damaged, or defective items are eligible for a full refund or free replacement.
• No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the purchase date.

Because our apparel is printed specifically for each order, we typically cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
